Why not just wander out to the garage and fire it up once in a while? I don't let any of my stuff sit too long,they lot rot (old dealership term for a car that sits too long)..

because if you dont get everything hot your doing more damage than just letting it sit. Oil must get hot to burn off any acids that develop, get moisture out of the exhaust pipe or it will rust out quick as well.
