Cool 31 roadster fender question

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY : I'm getting ready to test fit my rear fenders, there are mounting studs going around the inner fender except for the rear most spot were there is only a hole, how is this attachment made? I'm thinking its just a bolt, if so what size ?? . both sides of the car are the same, and there was nothing there when I removed the fenders 2 years ago. ALSO IS THERE FENDER WELT GOING AROUND IF SO WERE DOES IT START AND STOP ?? I thank you all for your comments. THE HOOCH

I think he is talking about the hole right behind the bracket. it just take a bolt, two flat washers, lock washer & nut. see ya soon John
