Default Proper Bolt placement for Brake Equalizer Operating Shaft...

What is the correct bolt placement for the Brake Equalizer Operating Shaft and Bushings on Early 1928 chassis?

These would be the four (4) bolts on top of the Center Crossmember of the frame.

I am thinking that the bolts went in from the top...If so, this is going to be a B%&#@ to assemble. That is to put cotter keys on the Castel Nuts up inside the cavity of the Center Cross member.

Thanks You.

The bolts go in from the bottom, nuts and cotters on top.

That's they way I found mine, bolts up from the bottom. When I re installed the equalizer I tried it the other way, then ended up checking my pictures and flipped them to save my sanity.
