Unusual intake manifold
I found this intake manifold in a box of old parts. It looks like a model A intake except the top is squared off. Can someone tell me what I have?

Re: Unusual intake manifold
Some seek out the Model B intake manifold as the interior passages are larger and result in greater air/fuel flow - and more horsepower from the engine.
There is a downside though as the flange attachment of the Model B manifold is angled slightly differently - and the GAV control rod doesn't mate up as nicely to a Zenith Model A Carb when mounted on the Model B manifold. The Model B carb will fit better though these two having been mated together originally on the Model B engine. So if you swap out - you probably want both carb and manifold together. Joe K
