Generator Test Stand
Looking for information on the Sevrwell Junior Test Stand. I am about to restore mine. Frayed cloth wiring, undersized wiring, lamp cord on motor, no battery cables, etc. There is a past "Restorer" article on building a generator tester but I can't find it in the index. If anyone can tell me the issue date or send me the article, I would appreciate it.

Re: Generator Test Stand
I am thinking you are pretty much going to be on your own for this project. All you can do (unless you find something on ebay) is work backwards. Take it apart and clean it up, taking lots of pictures along the way. I have a King Motor Analyzer that I have no info on but someone on the Garage Journal just bought one. He then found a reprint manual on amazon so now there is slightly more info out there.
