Default Anything less than a foot is a dusting.

Don't know how much snow we got, it's still snowing. '41 is tucked away in the garage on a quick jack awaiting some work.

I just measured a couple of spots 15 inches so far.

Ugh, that's gotta be miserable. I almost feel guilty of it being 81F here today in the old pueblo, Tucson.

It is such fun working on my '52 in the barn that is 6 degrees and covered in 16 inches of snow. I need to drive up to Oswego to look at a couple of Flathead blocks. That's not happening real soon by the looks of it. Oh look - the forcast is on and the forcast is for -22 wind chill tonight and tomorrow! I think my rebuild will wait a few days......

We got 16" in the capital district area of New York. Tomorrow a high of 5 and wind chill of minus 20. Guess I will stay in.

No snow in Marathon, but we are having a cold snap. The high tomorrow is forecast to be only 65. I expect to see some of the locals wearing parkas (no kidding)!

We got that wind chill in the weather report too. Not enough snow to stop the Merc but I refuse to stress the old flathead by trying to start it when it is below zero degrees (in the shed). Ran the furnace for a bit while cleaning up the old radiator but still could not keep my hands warm Called it a day and back to the house where its warm.

Yeah, you are quite right. The summers are hell here. I guess you have to pick your poison. I used to live in Phoenix, that is even worse.

Well we got through this major event, while still seeing blades of grass, and I bet they
spread 100 tons of salt then they plowed the salt and it rained all day. What can I say
other than ain't their money thats called overtime. And then when the fairly new trucks
rots out, ah we just buy new ones don't come out of their pockets, comes out of mine
in outrageous tax rate.

We should reach 60 today here in San Diego. Was almost 80 yesterday. And that's why my parents moved here years ago from NY. I would only live in the sun belt.

Ron you look like you have enough insulation to survive the cold, we are having some chills down here in Texas, but the rain has been horrific. Can't walk in yard it's so soft, will be summer before we can even mow the grass. Glad we don't have livestock they would be up to their bellies in mud. I still get the 41 out on the road on sunny days. Keep warm and you will survive this mess. Al

Michigan is being weird this year. It's like all the snow has gone to the southern part of the state or the north, but somewhere in the middle I don't think our total this year has been what you got
