Ran into this problem with my 1938 Convertible. With Lebarron-Bonney gone I could not find any vendor that had them or a pattern for one. I placed an ad in our parts wanted section and am in the process of getting one made in Canada. Turns out another Barn member has the same vehicle and a very good trim man nearby so we both are getting them made using his car for the pattern/fitment. You might have to do the same, find a good auto upholstery shop and have it custom made.

I just had a top put on my '40 and the upholstery shop had to make that boot from scratch also. Seems to be a common problem now.

Many, perhaps most, were destroyed.
Keep in mind that LB had patterns for not only Fords, but MANY makes and models.
A loss to history for certain.

I wonder if the 35 boot is the same, if so I can send pictures that can be used to make one from scratch.

Any good trimmer can make what you need. Do a google search for 36 cabriolet and print or save the pics so you can email to your trimmer. Photo of my Aussie 35 roadster, which has a different parcel shelf size to the US cars, but you get the idea. Dan.
