Once again customer service like this is why I do most of my business with Berts. Try getting service like this with Macs or some of the other vendors. Rod

Steve, thank you for your response! I would like to have these replaced, whether it be Snyders or a different set of Brattons drums as long as they can be within the specs of 11" after truing.

Also, I understand about the old drums. That was my mistake and as you said, you just did what I asked.

I will get these drums boxed up and give you a call when they are ready.
