Default Brake Machines

Needed a brake machine and a buddy showes up with these. He didnt say they would have to be rebuilt before they could be used. need a cutter head for the drum machine...... the one with manual is ready to go.

When I worked as a mechanic in an Olds garage back in 1964 we had a set-up much like that one. Most of the cars had the brake linings riveted on so you could punch out the old rivets and rivet the new linings on. Next you would turn the drums and then arc the shoes to fits the drums. All the equipment needed to a complete brake job are in your photos. Brings back many memories.
