It's a McGaffey Aviate......only one built, if I remember correctly. If you'll note the propeller pitch, it turns CW as viewed from the front. Most-likely gear-driven off of the REAR end of the flathead. DD

Yes, there was only one built. It did fly! Unfortunately, I do not know anything technical about the plane. It was built by Neill McGaffey of the McGaffey Airplane Development Company in Pasadena, California. So nice to see that there is still interest in this plane all these years later!
