Default 8BA Truck air cleaner help

I have an 8BA truck air cleaner. My question is , is their a gasket where it tightens to the Carb? also is there one inside were the 2 pieces meet? Thanks Ray

Assuming you have the correct carb with the angled mount yes there was a paper gasket on the top surface. Originally there was a flat rubber ring between the upper and lower halves of the oil bath assembly, I have used a large o-ring as a replacement.
