Default Hood rubber bumper set

Im replacing the rubber bumpers on the hood, the ones that keep the hood from rubbing against the latch. There were 6 that came with the set. I used 4 of them. Any idea where the last 2 go?

On the A-16715 hood shelf, left and right. Providing you have a 28-29 vehicle.

and if it is a 1930-1931 vehicle , they go on the little "L" shaped bracket that is fastened to the fender, at the center of the hood. Either way, they go behind the hood in the center of the hood to keep the hood straight and to prevent it from rattling.

Does anyone have a picture of where the two additional bumpers are installed? I am having trouble understanding where they are installed.
Thanks

The other bumpers mount between the two hood latches.

Speaking of bumpers, I cut the pointy ends off 2 rumble seat bumpers, stuck them on my coupe doors, right below the bottom hinge, with little round Velcro patches, now my reveal mouldings & pin striping aligns nicely.
"MAYBE" this means I'm agonna' finish Vermin?? & take him to our big car show, in Septanuary!

I was thinking the same thing, that is a nice engine compartment job, and I always was kind of puzzled where the rear section of the main wiring harness went.
