Default Light Switch for l950 Ford

Light switch wouldn't work the tail lights. So I ordered a new one from a Ford supplier. After removing the old switch I installed the shaft/knob to
test the new one before installing it. Good thing I did, the headlight terminal was died! Then I tried to remove the shaft/knob and I had a
hard time getting it out, I had to use waterpump pliers on the release button and pull very hard to get it out!!!!

I returned it for credit, because the supplies said last one in stock and now cann't get anymore??? These China switches must be terrible.
Anyone know of a good new one??????

I checked with Chris and he replied that he has a worked over original for $40.00. Its probably better than a China new one....

Watch e-Bay and also check with Stacy Brown in Texas. He has a lot of NOS parts. Also check with the Early Ford Store in San Dimas, Ca. Lots of NOS parts there also.

Motorcraft number was sw296.If Stacy doesn't have it you might call Green Sales in Ohio 800-543-4959.They show 50 in stock. They have always been good about telling me if something was repop or NOS.

Stacey shows 4 of FAA 11654-A also. Green shows 52, so you know they're chinese.
