B engine crankshaft
Other than the bearings on the B, are there any other differences from the A crankshaft?

'other than the bearings'...don't know what you mean by that, but: The B engine crankshaft was heavier than an A crankshaft; the main and rod bearing portions of the B were larger than the A crankshaft; and there was an early B crankshaft that did NOT have counterweights and a later production B that was made (forged) with counterweights. All A/Bs were poured/line bored babbit bearings. |
