Default Cheap 21 inch tires

Where can I buy the cheap 21 inch Model A tires that are made in Vietnam? I bought a set a few years ago. They were Lucas I think and they cost about $100 each with free shipping. There was a Universal tire that was also about that price. I cannot find where I purchased them. Thanks for the help.

Joop- those tires appear to be of much better quality then the other inexpensive ones. I hope that price still stands. I was quoted the 120 a tire last April.

I was going to suggest flying to Vietnam but I think the transportation would eat up any savings.

best to get the Restorer and look for the ad for European tires- they have the dealers listed with phone numbers- no tax, no boxing chg and no extras........

ronn, never seen that before. Good to know. I live ~20 min. from them so I just go there and have them mounted at the same time.

Berts has these tires:

From their website:

"Remember: We only charge actual shipping costs - NO EXTRA HANDLING FEES!!"

Note that means no boxing fees!

UPS and FedEx ship four tires taped together ... no box required.

4.40/4.50-21" Black and White wall
The new European Classic 4.40/4.50-21" tyre with 75-mm whitewall is produced in Europe and designed to offer classic whitewall styling with the classic pattern from the old days. An ideal choice for classic antique cars. The tyre has a modern tubeless construction to avoid flat spots but it is also designed to be used with tubes. The tyre is the only E-marked tyre in this size, and it is 100% road-legal for use in Europe and DOT-marked for the US market.
To avoid the classic familiar staining problem, the tyres are produced in 100% stainless black rubber, which minimises browning/yellowing of the white rubber.
