Good plan. I have an ABDick 360 printing press in my garage/print shop, and it has three cylinders: plate, blanket and impression. I don't use it often, and one day after it sat unused for a while, I turned it on and was showered with dried corn from a tub of birdseed we had in an adjoining shed! Now when I leave it off, I make sure the openings on the cylinders are facing down!
