Default What’s stronger

Pc7 or jb weld.

I like that pc 7 is thinner.

The shaft that the wiper arm attaches is damaged and won’t hold the arm. I don’t want to purchase a new motor. Which would you use?

Neither is probably suited to the task. You're on your own, it is impossible to make a recommendation.

Is there no way to fit a better unit?

Mart.

The arm is solid. The problem is the arm is slipping as the wiper moves back and forth.

The nut may be bottoming out, try adding a suitable washer under it to see if it will tighten on the tapered spline.
Or if it's bottoming on the threaded end, remove material from the threaded end.

Why not just use some two part epoxy glue from tubes when you put it together. Clean up both pieces first. JB Weld is great for filling holes and the like, but not intended to bond two close fitting parts.

Are you wanting to bond the arm to the shaft, or build up the shaft so that an interference with the arm can be achieved?

If this is so you can put the epoxy on the damaged shaft and then a daub of grease in the nut and it can be removed later if need be. I have used this method on gearshift knobs when the threads are damaged.
