Default 39 radiator removal

I'm removing the radiator from 39 deluxe. Do I need to remove the inner fender braces and the horns to get it out? Thanks in advance

Horns shouldn't need to be removed.
The 2 brackets that run from the inner fender to the radiator will have to be removed ( if the car still has them attached )
You may also want to take out the fan for ease of access.

Braces (Part number 8046) have to be removed. You'll have to remove the fan assembly also so as not to damage your radiator. I altered mine but they look like this photo.

Please excuse double post.

thanks, braces look easier to remove/replace than the horns. Ernie

Ernie, horns can remain in place. Gosh, I see you're in Oswego. Went to school there and worked at Northern Steel Corp. and the Speedway in 1967. Still remember the cold.
