Default 37 door seal question

I'm about to install the lower door seals on my 37 convertible. I have Bob Drake seals with slots for some type of clip. My door bottoms are replacement so I have no holes to help with installation. Any help as to where I might find the clips and how they are installed would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance . Ernie

They are wire spring clips that install near the lower edge of the door trim panel and pass through the slots in lower door seals into holes in the inner door panel. I would think that most auto upholstery shops would have them on hand. They are basically the same as that in the upper left corner of the photo below.

I assume you meant to say in the upper left hand corner?

David, thanks. this car was pretty much beat up and disassembled, when I got it. I have

little to go by with the smaller details. Ernie

Ernie,

Ask away and I promise to re-read what I want to post before I post it.
