Pickup leg room

I am starting my search for a pickup. I am partial to the 29s as I have two already and I like the looks of the 21 inch wheels, but am not sure about the leg room. My roadster has taught me all about the subject.
Do the 30/31s have more leg room than the 29?
I want to use this for an almost daily driver so I need it to be a little easier to get in and out if than the roadster.

I am 6'1 210 lbs Once you learn the art of getting in and out a 29 has enough leg room and isn't too bad to drive, I use mine as a daily driver as weather permits.

Yes the 30-31s have more leg room. I am 6ft, and before I lost weight was 240lbs- it was tight but not bad.



Best thing is to find someone who has one and then actually try sitting in one.

Our '31 CCPU is more than roomy enough for my 6' 3" frame and my 210# body. I tied the back rest seat springs a little shorter and that gave me plenty of driving room. Getting my size 13 shoes in between the seat riser and A pillar took some practice but I soon got good at it and now I don't even think about it when I jump in behind the wheel. 1930-1931 would be my first choice of a Model A pick up to own.

My 31 pickup is very comfortable for my 5' 9" frame but I replaced the regular backrest with a thin ply board with 2" thick foam and vynil. In practise very little weight is placed on the back cushion and it is comfortable and gives a few more needed inches of legroom.

I have '31 CCPU used as daily drive (NE Ohio weather permitting) and am 6' 210lb. I have backrest and seat cushion springs that Snyder's offers in their catalog that are manufactured with shorter coils. gains quite a bit of room and looks just like orig.

Clearly, the thinner back cushion is about the only improvement available. On another note, I am petty sure that the width inside the cab is another advantage. Even if the cushion spring assys. are the same the doors feel / seem wider.

Yeah getting my 13s in either of my 29s had a learning curve to it.

Thanks, but not looking for another project. Want something pretty much ready to go. And I think you might be a little too far away, at over 2800 miles.....
