Default 5.5 power valves watch out!!!

Guys,
I just received my latest order from my friends at Daytona
Parts. The 5.5 PV's I ordered were actually 7.5's but marked 5.5.

Jennifer at Daytona immediately checked this out while I waited, she and
her guy took care of the situation PRONTO. Daytona Parts is top of the
pack and a pleasure to deal with..........all these years.

Well charlie. Its great you can check quality. Must of us would just keep buying it till it happened to work. Sounds like they are going to fix it. Thank you.

Who the hell checks this stuff? You're the man Charlie. Do you spec heat ranges before installing new spark plugs as well? :-)

On a somewhat related topic because (I think, I need to check now) that I am running a 7.5 power valve and running around 18 vacuum at idle. I read this morning that you should divide your idle vacuum reading by two and then round up. So using that logic should I be using a 9.5 instead of a 7.5?

Charlie,
Do you use the tool summit racing, JEGS, etc sell to screw the PV into to test with a vacuum gauge? They are overpriced but I like mine
