How to delete PM's

Guys,
My PM mail box is 99% full....how do I delete some ?

Charlie I'll try and get these pictures in order. But on the right is a box, check it, then go to the bottom and click on the move to folder option, under it is other options. Pick delete. Then hit go. Done.

I try to clean mine up every few months. Keep the ones you want and delete the rest. Frees up server space also.

Also if you want to goto your oldest pm's there is a 123...etc at the top. Click on the biggest number and there you are at the oldest pms.

Go to PM's


At the top you have a box which you can choose "INBOX" or "SENT ITEMS". Inbox always come up first. Select which you want to delete.

Below box will be the INBOX items . For those you want to delete, click on the small box to the right of the item.

In same section at the bottom right there is a box with different selections - select DELETE. Then click on GO. Messages selected will be deleted.

Same for "SENT" items, except DELETE at bottom is first selection.
