I think we are Ok for now as we have tig welded up the present pulley and done several 100 miles and it looks good.

We are seeking a ( I think 1950) or 49 or 51 crank pulley with the two wide belts.
Ours had been repaired previously and the repair my have been sanded out too much ,I dont really know why it failed. But after 10000mls it called enough .
The first picture is obvious , the second we tig welded back together ,as a stop gap.
Its time for a new one.
