29 Tudor rear interior side panel-below side window
I assume that the three tabs that I see on each side of the rear seat area are used to hold the rear side upholstery panel in place????
Since the car did not have any interior panels when I got the car, I have no idea how they were attached. See photo attached.

Re: 29 Tudor rear interior side panel-below side window
I have another question about these interior panels. The old panel looks like it curved at the end of the panel behind the rear seat back. Is that correct?

Re: 29 Tudor rear interior side panel-below side window
Fred, Yes the curve need to be there. Not sure how Ford did it but I have seen a brad put in the curve toward the very end. The backrest presses against the curve to hold it there. Thats why you don't want a large headed brad or it might show. Personally I did not fasten the bottom at the seat riser. There is no need as the bottom cushion compresses against the panel. The bottom of the panel fits into the channel on the floor. Hope this helps.TB

Yes, the rear side panels are inserted inside the three tabs behind the seat riser. You can bend them out to get the panel into place then tighten them by tapping them with a hammer.
