Default Any Model Aers in the Erie, PA area?

A friend's father recently passed away and the family is wanting to sell his 1928 Model A. From what I can tell from pictures (I'm on the other end of the state) and the engine #, it was built about October of 1928 and has the correct features for that period. Engine probably has been replaced, new looking top and paint (not a 1928 color), interiors in fine shape. Underside and engine compartment a bit gritty. Don't know if it runs, and they don't know how to start it. Has a clear title.

Is there anybody around Erie that could eyeball it for them, check the oil and mechanical condition, try to start it, etc? A little TLC might generate a very nice Phaeton for somebody.
