1926 Model TT Project

Last night I checked out a '26 TT project. The restoration was started in a professional shop somewhere between 30-40 years ago and then the shop closed before it could be finished. It looks like they rebuilt the engine and painted the truck......and there you go. It has a clear title. He will sell it. He said to make him an offer. I could probably afford to get it and could probably get it back on the road, but my big issue is where would I put it. What could something like this be worth?

A rebuilt engine and paint job if done nicely would cost you 5-7K if you are having someone do it for you. The truck otherwise would be a couple grand. Add it up but don't expect it would ever sell for that much. A model T is for a hobby and not profit. Offer a few thousand and see if you buy it. You build a shed for it if you have nothing else!

I kind of thought $1,000. You are probably closer. There is no roof, windows, floor, seat. I wish I could post pictures.

Posting pictures is not hard - there has been numerous threads on the other forums in the past - I think the most recent I noticed was on the Early V8 section. Very often the problem is that the pictures are in too large of a format and need to be downsized. There is a Test section where one can go and experiment to get the procedure down.

I just went to the Early V8 forum and searched for "posting pictures" and 22 different threads came up. Many will have step by step procedures outlined and explained.
