It's all flat glass, make a pattern and have it cut.

I've gotten it both ways. Locally cut glass was not as good a fit as LMC's. Cost the same too. LMC's is made in Taiwan, but very well made.

Ralph is on the ball,
This isn't offshore rocket science.
Correct -To Spec- Laminated Safety Glass is Still being made in the USA.

...Use your existing otherside/opposite windows for pattern and take them to your local glass shop.

They should not be more than about $10 or $15 per square foot Cut to Size from American spec glass. I did 8 windows in my '41 Business coupe for far less than $200.

If your glazzier says $$$$.$$
tell him to go to Japan where the internal anti shatter/safety film inherent in safety glass is ultra thin
and/or made of water soluble based polymers that disintegrate and/or are very poorly bonded
from day one (Asia has no use for SAE or Safety specs)

If your local glass shop wants more that ~$15 per sq foot (cut to size),
Call around or Go to the shop across town and/or until you find an honest glazzier that cuts glass to size for the actual going rate. $15/foot (no postage required)

==============

Automotive (Laminated) Safety Glass is not expensive in the USA..
-and when supplied by/inside the USA, it is to USA/SAE spec as per 1947 or 37
SAE standards Still To This Day.
-Which means it isn't prone to premature separation/Delamination due to the fact that it doesn't contain ultra thin water based polymer? which is not actually a polymer and Is Certainly
Not To 1947 or 1937 USA/SAE spec to this day..

For what its worth,

Fukk offshore
?When will it be time for Americans to Support their neighbors kid's job?
??

?Instead of supporting someone who could care less if your throat was cut by sh*t thin glass
and/or may be selling profitable electronics/arms to the newest emigrant on the next block.

-Not that there's anything wrong with that.

If you want quality, I got all my glass from Sacramento Vintage Ford in Cali. Most people think its a standard 1/4 inch, but isn't. Its .239 thick to slide in channel and between the fuzzies. 1/4 is too thick, binds up when rolling up and down.

Since the local guys may not do much automotive glass, they could actually order it out as well. Happened to me and cost was more than LMC or others. Gotta shop around, no different than any other buy.
