1937-1941 spindles
Are all 1937-1941 spindles created equal? Any differences I should be aware of?
TIA

37 to 40 is the same. Some 1941 spindles have the drag link attach from the top instead of the bottom (taper in the opposite direction) otherwise the rest is the same

Re: 1937-1941 spindles
One thing that I have noticed over the years is a difference in the top kingpin boss of some. Most are straight where I have indicated in the pictures but some are curved. Some have said that curved were on the V8-60. Anybody else have any information on this?

Re: 1937-1941 spindles
I can think of no reason that difference would be for a v8 60, same kingpins. I think it is more likely a difference in tooling on one of the machines that was doing the final finishing on the part because that certainly would not make a difference in the function of the part.
