Default 23 Ford Touring water in engine and transmission

We have a 23 Touring and this year started experiencing water in the oil and transmission. Car is drained of water during the winter months. Any suggestions on what we can look for.

Storage can cause condensation inside the engine. finding water in the oil is not descriptive enough to help much esp if you drain the water over winter. I do not recommend draining, use ante-freeze which contains anti rust and corrosion inhibitors. to prevent the inside water passages from rusting.
