Default New 1932 Fords - Accessory Wheel Trim?


Was watching this Video on the "new" 1932 Fords and saw this interesting Wheel Trim? Does anyone know what it is? Interesting Video to watch

Those are the unique hub caps of the non-Ford jumbo tires and wheels; note the tire size. Motor Wheel or Firestone?
