Stipe distributor cam
I just found a Stipe model a distributor cam that I bought sometime and have some questions. I know that everybody thinks these are the best available but they have no instructions, so here goes.
1. Do you use the stock .020 setting with this cam? 2. The web site talks about improve dwell which means longer coil saturation and the end result is a hotter spark. What should the dwell be with this cam? Thanks for info, Steve |

Re: Stipe distributor cam
set .020- .022 Dwell you have then is correct. Measure there and play as much as you want.

Re: Stipe distributor cam
[B]Look at the side of the cams, Model A ones have 8 vertical "SORT" of Lines on it, the Model B has only 4 "lines".

Re: Stipe distributor cam
It is simply a Model B ground cam. As for instructions, install and set the same as any other distributor cam for the A.
