Default Twin Wheel A

The county road finally froze up so we made a break for it in the '31 A. I set my sister in law up with her own steering wheel so she felt in control, it is her car after all. Anyhow it's home and in the shop for PM.

Early version of the "Learner Driver" car? Very neat.

This is the RHD phaeton you just bought, right? She needs to hold that steering wheel a bit lower.
Funny story...Our mail lady drives a RHD Jeep to deliver mail. One day a few years ago when her kids were little, she was stopped by the police in a neighboring village, because it looked like the little girl was driving. They all had a good laugh.

Looks like she is holding a Ford Model T wheel.

Yes, that's the RHD Phaeton and yes that's a T wheel. We had a lot of fun.

Some place I have seen advertising for installing a second wheel and pedals for cars used by learners. Allowing the instructor to take over if there was an emergency also would be great for mail carriers who didn't have a right hand drive car.

Looks like you had fun!

She looks like she's enjoying herself.

I'm sure that thing is a head turner.

How did you adapt to the location of the accelerator pedal? I found it weird with the pedal waaay out there to the right when I drove a LHD Model A. IMO, the pedal in the middle makes a double de-clutch down shift while braking much much easier. There is no way I could get my right foot onto both the brake AND the accelerator at the same time to give the engine a rev.
