Happy Birthday Mr. Ford:

Best wishes,
Brad in Maryland

PS: Better eat that cake fast before the Model A decorations melt even more!

PPS: Photo is an original press release showing Mr. Ford cutting a birthday cake at a private celebrations given by his closest friends when he turned 65 years old (July 1929 according to the photo description).

Lord Mr. Ford, I just wish that you could see, what your simple horseless carriage has become.

Speaking of seeing, Mr. Ford's eye sight was not too good and he apparently needed glasses to read, but he was embarrassed to have to wear eye glasses, so he never (rarely) wore glasses in public (nor in any official photos).

Does anyone have a photo of Henry Ford wearing eye glasses?
