Is a flat top coil on a 36 engine any kind of predictor of a babbit or LB block ?

Perhaps in late 1936. Eighty-five years later? No predictor whatsoever.

As I understand it the flat top coil came out when the LB engine came out which was actually Oct, 1935. I agree with Kube, 85 years later, who knows?
