Joking aside, If I wanted to wind up this 265" 8BA mill with L-100, two 97s, stock lower end, I wonder what she would do. I don't think it would like 5K.

If you read JWL's book or have any Dino runs on a modified flathead, you'd see they fall off fast after 4K, My Hydro engine maxed out at 4700, but had pretty good power at 5K, down hill from there. Now if you add a blower???
