Question Help, Valuation of a 1930 5 window coupe

I'm curious about pricing a '30 coupe project that was left behind by a friend of mine who recently passed. Just about everything on the vehicle was done by him. A bit of history on the vehicle it he purchased on EBay from someone in Los Angeles. Once he received it he began to disassemble for restoration. This was about 10 years ago. Since then he's squared and boxed the frame. Everything on the hot rod is new except for the metal body and frame itself. I know the rearend is a ford 9" I believe its geared at 4:11 but I cannot be sure of that. The motor is a 4 bolt 350 that has 3 deuces on it and has been dynoed at 350+HP and around 400ft-lbs of torque. He has the print-out somewhere. There's a new TH350 (I believe) mated to the motor. New front Wilwood brakes. Four link suspension. New wood in the cab. Also he prided himself that the doors didn't need to be slammed in order to shut, they're smooth. In addition there are many things about the car I wasn't present for and I'm hoping you all can help with information as well as the sale of the vehicle. I do know that the bulk of the work needed is metal and body work. He also has a ton of spare parts for the vehicle. Any information on the hot rod or pricing would be a huge help. Also before anyone asks I would keep it but per his will everything must be sold and I cannot afford it.

Here is an album of the '30 and his workshop:

P.s. If anyone knows where to sell the Car Club Plaques & Memorabilia that would be helpful also. I will do my best to check the forum in the afternoon PST.

Thank you!

Sorry for the loss of your friend. I assume that the pics show the current state. Its kinda hard to sell an unfinished project. I would think that 8k would be a realistic number for that. I am sure there is 3x that amount in it at this point.

I'm looking for a 30-31 coupe project. When you figure out what your price is, let me know. I have to admit over the last few years I've become a skeptic. Anything I can't hear, see, or feel work I have to assume doesn't. I'm going through the ( so-called rebuilt) 3 speed in my F-1 right now. (grumble-grumble)

This would be more in line with this forum;
https://www.jalopyjournal.com/
The Jalopy Journal (aka H.A.M.B.) is more for this type of car. I am sure you will get some values here too, as you have.
