Default 1960 ford fairlane 500 horn

I am trying to get the horn to work on my '60 fairlane. Previous owner installed an aftermarket steering wheel so I didn't have the original. I found a steering wheel, horn ring, horn spring and horn contact w/ spring. What else am I missing? seems as there should be a ring that the horn contact button rides on. There is a stamped piece that attaches to the horn ring but that has slots around the outside so I don't think the horn contact will ride on that. I see on ebay that some are selling a plastic insulator but can't find one for a '60 fairlane 500.
Anyone have a exploded view of the horn ass'y for a '60 fairlane 500?

My printer and scanner is on the fritz...

Go Here- http://www.squarebirds.org/Manuals/1...onsCatalog.pdf

Scroll down to Page 107 and the HORN CONTACT ILL will be found there (60/64 MPC Section 35 Page 101).

ID what you need and list the Basic PN's and I will give you the Service Part Numbers for your search.
