Arrow Windshield Regulator Frozen

Got a 36 that has been setting for decades. The windshield regulator is frozen solid.

Busted the windshield out and have sprayed several different types of pentrant on it. Still will not move.

How would be a good way to remove the windshield frame out of the way to remove the dash without major damage?

After the dash is out I assume the regulator could be removed?

have ou tried atf/paint thinner (acetone) in a 50-50 mix? shake well before using. it works great for me. just keep applying, tapping on the regulator, work it back and forth.

My 35 has a pin holding the two together, if you can knock it out or at least penetrate it as well..

Update,

Have soaked the regulator with just about everything know to man. It took some heat from a propane torch to get it to move. Had a small fire from all of the lubricant that I applied. It went out rather quickly and it did not damage a thing. Now I have to keep working it to get the full movement from it. What I can see all of the teeth look great.

Baxter Ford likely has the side gears and rivets to install, cnc machined in the USA. They had them for my '35 truck. ..B.
