I believe that is the perfect pump.

I can just see it now. You go try to pump up a tire with one of the battery jobs and ooops, the battery is dead.

Chief kept several hand pumps, I was his OFFICIAL leather cup GREASER-UPPER! I MASSAGED them with HOG-FAT! (REALLY!)
