Red face Interior trim on door window posts?

Restoring interior of my 1930 A, Deluxe Coupe. Not knowing what to call this part of the doors, it is the vertical post of the door surrounding the window. There must be some type of trim to cover these posts but I am having no luck finding anything, anywhere. I have attached the pictures below to clarify the vertical posts on the door I am referencing.

Thank you!

My car is factory steel on the verticals along the window, with removeable horizontal plates on the top of the door and at the base of the window. You can see the screw holes for these horizontal strips in your photos. Someone else will have to explain the appearance of those vertical sections, it looks to me like something is missing that normally wasn't removeable.

Your car is the first I've seen with body color on the horn.
