Default 1940 ford dash

Hello I am from Argentina. Here in our country in 1940 the right hand drive was used.
I am restoring a 1940 coupe that I am putting the steering wheel to the left. I need a left dash.
Does anyone know of someone who may have one for sale?
Thank you so much!!

If you take a look on the "swap meet" section of the website you may find something.

Do you have a left hand steering box as well? I may be off my rocker but pretty sure they were different for right and left hand drive. Hopefully "Kube" sees this and can clarify, he is an expert on '40 Ford's from what I gather.

A deluxe dash can be made into a "std" dash by welding up a few small trim holes and a "std" dash can be made into a deluxe by drilling a few small trim holes. At one time Carpenter sold the dashboard as he has the entire car project Drake started.
The larger difference in dashboards are the ends by the A pillars comparing the wagon/convertible dash which is different then all the other closed cars.

To change the drive hand, several modifications had to be made.
the steering box is different, put a left box of Ford 1947 that here in Argentina already had left steering wheel.
with some modifications on the support of the box it could be adapted.
The column tube also had to be cut and rotated 180 ° to match the gear linkage.
It was necessary to place a left output gear box (year 1947).
Finally, I bought a left pedals and the cluth mechanism in the USA.
I need to adapt the dasboard.
I was looking at the sales store and the ones that have been published have been expensive for me.

There are NO inexpensive 1940 dashboards any more. Be thankful it's not a 1932 you're looking for! DD
