Bright element; turn/brake
Small element; running

OK, now I think I know what you mean.
Single contact bulbs,
21 or 32 Candle Power; turn and brake
6 or 10 Candle Power; tail, running

Bigger bulb, 21 CP - Brake
Smaller bulb, 6 CP - Tail

TS switch intercepts the brake wire at the switch and splits it between the two brake lights.
