Default 59 A flathead good runner

City: SLC
State: Utah
Price: 1500

Good runner 59 A engine.
Was removed from a running and operational 1940 or 41 ford truck that was being upgraded to a Chevy drivtrain.
Engine has been in dry storage for a while before I had time to mess with it.
Oil pressure upwards of 55 to 25 range.
Vacumn readings right around 18 +- (Elevation here is approx 4700' )
Compression as follows #1 through #8. 90, 90, 80, 82, 83, 78, 86, 83.

It hadnt been run for quite some time and I didn't run it for very long, (about a minute or two) there was water in the engine and lower radiator hoses hooked to radiator while run but didnt have the correct upper hoses to connect the heads.
Also I forgot to open the throttle all the way while doing the test.

Carburator is not included, i had to borrow it since the one that was on it got broken when engine was removed.
Can strap to a pallet and ship via Fastenal.
East coast Probably around 280+- west coast @180 give or take.
Or can assist in dropping at a shipping dock if required.

a more correct compression test after engine run so it was hot plus throttle open.

Compression on cylinders as follows.
1 = 93, 2=92, 3=89, 4=95, 5=91, 6=90, 7=95, 8=93 psi.
Oil pressure at startup was near 60 psi.
Once it got hot oil pressure at idle was 10 psi
Vacumn readings were between 16 and 18 at 4700 feet elevation .

Make me an offer. need the space so I can work on my f2 again
