Horn Repair..
I'm inquiring here for my nieghbor...He has a nice 31 Roadster and has issues with the horn..Does anybody rebuild horn to make them "Goods as New"...?? He's not a hands on guy,,but wants it right..I'll help him ship it off to someone and put it back on....Can anyone point us in the right direction ??? Thanks ahead of time....Carl

Unless something is shorted or broken, most times all it needs is a few drops of oil on the two wicks, and a good cleaning of the commutator. My friend's was very slow until I removed the cover and held fine emory paper against the commutator while he pushed the horn button. After a few seconds the motor started to pick up speed and after about 30 seconds it was blowing like it should.
Also push the horn button and roll it around as you push in case it has a corroded connection to ground. |

It should play in Powerpoint. You can also open your web browser, click on file (upper left corner) and then click open.
