Default Banjo Axel tube grease fittings

What do the Banjo rear end axel tube grease fittings grease it does not appear to go directly to the outer bearings when looking at a rear end although when you look at the parts drawing it appears that way.

I anwsered my own question by looking further up the axel tube and I see how the grease seal blocks the oil from the diff and prevents grease from going the other way

Popular opinion is don't grease them, just pack them plug the fitting. I gave mine a single squirt every spring and had hubs off this year for leaky cylinders and there was no grease blowby in the catchers as is feared.

I asked the tech help line at caltex, they said it was a special grease because of the long rollers, normal grease get squeezed out he said.
I would check around, you must have an oil company tech help line there.
