When did the 1928 wheel change to the 1929/30/31 type?
I understand the early 1928 wheels and hubs were different than later 1928 wheels and hubs. What month did these change in 1928? Does anyone know? Or did they just start using the newer type units when they ran out of the earlier?

And the early-style wheels can only be used with the early style drums. (left-hand e-brake handle.)
