What are the dimensions? Core? Bottom to top? Width? Mounting bracket? Etc.... thanks

Core is 3" thick, 21" wide, 22 1/2" tall, overall ht from top of cap to bottom of lwr tank is 30", mounting brkts are 5 1/2" from bottom of lwr tank.
