Solid early ’31 flat firewall Steelback body & original wood sub-frame. The fenders, splash aprons, rear splash apron & cowl are all repaired & in primer. Sheet metal repairs still needed at inner rear fenders, front header panel & a “dimple” above belt line at left rear. Original frame, with stamped number that matches original engine number; CA DMV title issued with this number. Motor was re-built by Jay Steel of Taylor Engines, counter-balanced crankshaft & balanced flywheel; has an original Ford Police “B” head. Entire chassis rebuilt by Hansen’s Garage for the 2011 MARC meet in San Diego; including all new cast-iron brake drums. Have the build sheets & receipts for engine & chassis work.
Correct early style front seat frames with newer mohair upholstery and reproduction “L” brackets & mounting hardware. Original rear seat frame & springs with later upholstery, needs replacing.
All interior window frames are original, garnish moldings are reproduction; original dash panel & interior trims. Correct original dropped metal floor pan & panel over rear springs.
Original & new parts: original ’31 SW windshield frame with replacement glass; replacement wood header; original dome light & switch; good original running boards; restored original radiator shell; re-built wiper motor; restored original Sparton horn; restored original tail-light; original headlights & headlight bar; restored original cowl lamps & cowl band; restored instrument panel; restored original SW speedometer; original metal top molding strips; reproduction correct 190-A door sills; reproduction stainless steel bumpers; reproduction arm rests; reproduction fold down visors & brackets; reproduction window glass kit; new wood top bows from Classic Wood
