Where and how is the jack, folding handle, and lug wrench stored in a 31 Tudor ? Seems like the only available space is under the back seat. Is the equipment secured in place some how ?

In a Tudor, under the back seat. Originally, there was nothing to secure them. Wrap with rags to stop rattles.
