I'd like to add my enthusiastic endorsement for Schwalm's Babbitted Bearings. I had the engine in my 31 Deluxe Roadster completely rebuilt by Bud Schwalm in 1988. His excellent reputation, especially in the art and science of babbitted bearings, was known throughout the region (and country!). As you will see on their web site, the business is now in the very capable hands of Bud's partner, Ora Landis. Every bit of their quality reputation, and thorough knowlege of the Model A, continues in Ora's work. Last year, Ora did a complete brake system rebuild on my roadster, along with steering box and rear end rebuild, and major electrical work, etc. - All perfectly done.

Scheduling time in his small but very busy shop may be your biggest problem. The shop is now located in Strasburg, Pa. Telephone 717-687-6976.
